| Abstract |
| A case of aplastic anemia with a 16-year history
of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is described. The diagnosis
of aplastic anemia
was established by bone marrow biopsy. Aplastic anemia is an
extremely rare complication of SLE. The pathogenesis of aplastic
anemia associated with SLE remains to be clarified. |
