Abstract

Here, we present two Behc?et’s disease (BD) patients with an uncommon complication: inflammation surrounding the spinous processes revealed by positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT). Both patients were treated successfully with 20 mg of prednisolone daily. Whether BD should be considered a form of spondylarthritis remains an open question. However, inflammation around the spinous processes should be regarded as a possible uncommon finding of seronegative spondyloarthropathy (SpA) in BD patients.
