How to Join

Membership Benefits

Membership Benefits Include:

  • Modern Rheumatology of six issues and a supplement will be delivered per year.
  • Online access to the latest full text of Modern Rheumatology (PDF).
  • The TV lecture of JCR is availabe.
Requirements

The type of membership enrollment based on the Rule 2 of Article 3 will be treated as "International subscribing member".
"International subscribing member" regulations are as follows.

  • Person who reside outside Japan
  • Person who is engaged in medical treatment or medicine field
  • Person who agrees to purpose of this meeting and subscribes to organization paper. (Rule 2 of Article 7)
Application

People desiring to enrol as members to JCR would need to start by clicking the 「Application Form」 button and filling up the necessary information and then click the 「send」 button.
After the screening of the membership enrollment, since a reply mail will be sent with the credit card payment page URL, please make the payment procedures for the subscription. Your membership will be effective when your accounts was finished.
When applying for membership,appropriate screening will be performed and there could be decline in offering membership.

Information
  • The membership dues are \10,000 (amount in Japanese YEN) and must be paid by the end of May.
    The annual membership dues will be required even if the person would join JCR membership in the middle of the year. In the case of enrollment on the way, dues payment must accompany application.
  • The yearly period is from 1st March upto February of the following year.
  • In case of no withdrawal of membership, auto-renewal of membership will be done. However, in case of membeship not being paid for more than 2 years and not being paid after remainders, will results in the forfeiture of the membership.(Article 9 of the Memorandum of Articles).
  • In case that registered information would be changed, notify our office of it by e-mail or fax.
  • In case of withdrawal from membership, please e-mail or FAX the details to our office.
    (Ｎｏ refound policy on a withdrawal in the middle of the session)
  • Please pay the membership dues by credit card.
    * The credit card processing URL would be sent in the reply e-mail sent after screening and please use it for payment with your credit card.
